The first thing that I learned today is that even though I may not want to, I still need to ask for help. The second thing I learned today is that it is very important to do a good job being a leader. The third thing that I have learned today is to always keep my word because as a leader, people look up to you. The first time that you dont keep a promise that you have made, you will lose the respect and trust of a alot of people.
Today I learned how important teamwork is to ned being a leader. I also learned that working together is just as much about kistening to others as it is presenting your own ideas. Lastly, I learned how important planning and organizing is to being a leader. --MC
one: Include or at least listen to everyones idea. two: Don't stop trying, continue to work hard at everuhting. three: Don't be afraid to ask for help, nothing is wrong with that. TW
